Your needs truly matter to me, and that’s why I tailor my approach to each person using a mix of various counselling techniques I’ve learned. I also make it a point to stay up to date on the latest advances in psychology and incorporate them into my practice, always aiming to improve my work and deliver the best possible benefit for you.
Family Systems and Cognitive Processing Therapy are two approaches that I draw on consistently. I’ve also been deeply influenced by two related theoretical perspectives: Expressive Art therapies and the psychology of Carl Jung, both of which highlight the special qualities that make each person unique. They focus on the broader aspects of human experience that extend beyond our individual egos, fostering a deeper understanding and connection.
I believe that everyone has the potential to grow, heal, and learn practical skills that can enhance their relationships — both with themselves and others.

My counselling is best suited for someone who wants to:
- Engage with the next stage of their life
- Explore questions of authenticity, meaning and wellbeing
- Live closer to who they truly are
- Be free from judgments, expectations and assumptions
- Listen inwardly to their feelings and thoughts
Such questions usually emerge in times of personal transitions.
What to expect in your session:
- A safe space for your thoughts, feelings, and inner world as a guide.
- Attunement to the body’s wisdom through somatic awareness.
- Acknowledging how experiences and relationships influence the present.
- Recognizing the effects of culture, systems, and identities.
I offer counselling sessions via Zoom or in person.
I believe that change occurs through a series of small turns rather than a single big one.
